How Tyler A. Gold, P.A. collects, uses and protects information submitted through this website.
The short version
We collect the information you choose to send us — through our contact and intake forms, by email or by phone — and use it to respond to you and handle your matter. We don't run advertising trackers, we don't sell your information, and this site does not set cookies of its own.
Information you provide
When you submit a form on this site (a consultation request, the Place a File intake, or the newsletter sign-up), we receive what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, organization, property address and a description of your matter. Forms are delivered to the firm by email through our form-delivery provider. Please do not submit confidential, privileged or time-sensitive information through the website; contacting the firm through this site does not create an attorney–client relationship.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
- Display preferences. The site stores your light/dark display preference in your own browser's storage. This stays on your device, is never sent to us and is not used to track you.
- Calculators. Figures you enter in the on-site closing-cost estimator are computed in your browser and are not transmitted to us.
- Cookies. This site does not set its own cookies and does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Embedded services
The Contact page includes an embedded Google Map to help you find our office. The map is served by Google, which may collect data or set cookies under Google's own privacy policy.
How we use and share information
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, run conflict checks, open and handle matters, and operate the website. We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as website hosting and email delivery), with your direction or consent, or where required by law, court order or our professional obligations.
Retention and security
We keep information as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and for the firm's record-keeping and professional-responsibility obligations, then dispose of it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including a disaster-recovery program spanning onsite, off-site and cloud systems — though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you from this website, or to request that it be corrected or deleted, subject to our legal and professional retention obligations. Write to info@tylergold.com or call 954.565.5577.
Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
